Customer Success Manager

The Customer Success Manager is a critical and dynamic role within a fast-paced growing start-up. The CSM has a knack for sales, an interest in digital advertising, and a passion for customer satisfaction. The CSM will be primarily responsible for onboarding reseller channel partners, ensuring a successful experience, and helping them grow their business over the course of the relationship. The CSM will work on a team consisting of a Sales Representative and a dedicated Account Manager. The CSM reports to the Director of Account Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain deep expertise of LML products, work flow, and best practices
  • Strategize and assist Sales and Marketing in creating compelling and effective sales proposals
  • Establish and build trusting relationships with reseller channel partners
  • Create customized success plan for each reseller channel partner you work with to help guide them through the process
  • Create and launch ongoing customer management plan with channel partners
  • Coordinate with key individuals to identify products, goals, and services
  • Work closely with other LML departments to ensure delivery of identified products, goals, and services
  • Be the partner and customer advocate internally at LML, professionally representing the voice of the customers you work with
  • Conduct product and sales training for channel partners
  • Grow existing business with appropriate product and service additions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years experience in a sales, account management, or customer service role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Account Manager

The Account Manager will be primarily responsible for generating new business, educating clients and cultivating lasting business relationships. This is a dynamic role within a fast-paced growing start-up. The Account Manager will report to the Director of Account Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Service existing accounts
  • Establish new accounts and obtains new orders by planning and organizing daily work schedule to contact existing and potential sales leads in both an outside and inside sales environment
  • Adapt content of sales presentations as necessary by testing successes and identifying challenges related to varying customer channels to refine best practices and solutions
  • Submit orders when necessary through online order system, assist new clients in order fulfillment as required
  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports and weekly work plans
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, and sales techniques
  • Recommend changes in products, service and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments and needs reflected by clients
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to management
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Requirements:

System Administrator

The System Administrator will be responsible for set-up, deployment and monitoring of our servers and systems. Design, implementation and operational support are critical functions of this role. They are responsible for releasing the best quality product in a fast paced start-up environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Setup proactive resource monitoring (Nagios, New Relic, etc)
  • Provide uptime reporting to C-levels
  • Lay the foundation for a scalable system in the cloud (Ansible or similar)
  • Setup a multi-domain email server that only allows incoming mail.
  • Ensure that our systems communicate properly with 3rd party providers.
  • Optimize Apache, MySQL, and Squid Proxy Server

Requirements:

  • Experience with Apache/load balancing technologies
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills are essential
  • Strong technical, organizational and interpersonal skills working as part of a team and at times, in a highly autonomous manner, mentoring others
  • Familiar with end-user systems, including Windows 7 and Mac OSX
  • Relevant college degree with at least 2 years full-time experience
  • Interest and passion in learning and pitching in wherever needed (we’re a small group wearing lots of hats!)
  • Expertise in Linus (CentOS 6.4 is our primary distro)
  • IPv4 networking, including TCP/IP, SMTP/POP/IMAP/HTTP/S
  • Expertise with the “Cloud” (Currently our primary provider is RackSpace, but our platform in provider independent)

  • Research prospects, define leads and identify decision makers
  • Generate new business through lead generation (prospecting/cold calling/qualifying opportunities)
  • Conduct marketing research to identify new business opportunities
  • Coordinate both internal and external calls and meetings (setup time, calendar invite, conference line, screen sharing, etc)
  • Book and manage travel for sales and business development teams

QA Manager

The QA Manager will be very hands on and will oversee all QA and release processes. They are responsible for releasing the best quality product possible in a fast paced start-up environment. They will be the first QA hire and will be responsible for hiring and managing QA engineers as the company grows.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the QA department and grow the team
  • QA, build and deployment processes
  • Work to continually improve the QA process and drive product quality throughout the software development life cycle
